The cuisine of the restaurants in Hotel Alberi del Paradiso and Hotel Le Calette is composed of Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, local vegetables, preserves and traditional cakes, and numerous organic products produced in the Madonie Park.
In the cellars there are over one hundred labels selected from the most awarded Sicilian wineries.

It was originally an old water basin that fed, through the use of falling water, the water mills in the garden.
